This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through pooltr.com ("the Site") is processed. The Site is not yet operated under a separate registered legal entity; for any inquiries, please contact info@pooltr.com.
When you visit the Site, the following is automatically recorded: your IP address, your approximate country (derived from your IP), the page you visited, the date/time, and — if applicable — which advertising/campaign link brought you to the Site (UTM parameters).
When you submit the "Request a Quote" or "Contact" form, we record the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, country, and message.
Collected information is used to forward your request to the relevant manufacturer, respond to you, measure site traffic and advertising performance, keep the Site secure, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you arrive via an advertising link, the Site sets a small cookie (pooltr_utm) in your browser to remember the source of your visit. This cookie expires automatically after 30 days and contains no identifying information — only the campaign source/medium/name.
Emails (quote forwarding, contact form replies) are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue). Your email address and message content pass through Brevo's servers solely for delivery purposes. For country detection, your IP address is queried against ipapi.co and is not permanently stored by that service.
Visit records and form data are retained for as long as necessary for the business relationship and applicable legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
